Booking data — the shows, seats and tickets you book.
Payment data — processed by our payment partners (Khalti, eSewa). We do not store your wallet credentials or card numbers.
Device & usage data — app version, device type, and interactions, used to improve the Services.

To process bookings, payments and deliver your e-tickets.
To provide customer support and send booking-related notifications.
To detect fraud, prevent scalping, and keep the platform secure.

3. Payments

Payments are handled by third-party gateways (Khalti and eSewa). Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies. We receive only the transaction status and reference needed to confirm your booking.

We share limited information with cinema/venue partners to fulfil your booking (e.g. seat numbers for entry), and with service providers who help us operate (hosting, analytics, communications). We do not sell your personal data.
